Do you work with clients outside Spain?
Yes - I work remotely with clients across Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK and Latin America. Everything is done via WhatsApp, email, video calls and SSH. Your location doesn't matter.
What if my website goes down at 3am?
Standard plans have <1h response during business hours (9-19 Madrid time) and 24h guaranteed for off-hours. Pro plan includes an emergency hotline for nights and weekends - I'm genuinely available when things break.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with zero lock-in. Cancel anytime. I'd rather you stay because you want to, not because you have to.
Can you move my site/server from my current provider?
Yes - migration is free when you onboard. I've done hundreds of migrations: WordPress, PrestaShop, custom apps, email accounts, whole servers. Zero downtime, I handle all the DNS and technical details.
Do you do hardware repair or on-site support?
No. This is 100% software maintenance. For hardware problems (broken laptops, printers, office networks) you'll need a local IT tech. My focus is websites, servers, apps and email - all remote.
What technologies do you work with?
WordPress, PrestaShop, Laravel, Node.js, Python/FastAPI, Vue, React, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Docker, NGINX, Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Hetzner/AWS/DigitalOcean. If you use something else, ask - I've probably worked with it.
Can I just buy a one-time fix instead of a monthly plan?
Yes - send me what you need via WhatsApp with a clear description and I'll quote a one-off price. Monthly plans save you money if you need anything more than once a quarter.
