First I look at what is really there: code, database, server and who uses what. Then you get a clear assessment and a fixed price.

Backups, version control and a separate test server, before a single line changes.

The work happens on the test server while your software keeps running. Nothing changes for your team until you have approved it.

I switch over and stay
After the switch I run it on our servers: updates, backups, monitoring and one point of contact, for years.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have to rebuild everything?
Usually not. Whatever works stays. I replace what is a risk or holds you back, and I tell you if a rebuild would be cheaper.
What if nobody has the documentation?
That is the normal case. I work from the code and the database and write down how it works, with the help of AI, which makes reading old code much faster.
Does my software stop during the project?
No. The work happens on a test server, and the switch is planned with you.
What does it cost?
Software and modernisation projects start at 1,900 euros plus VAT. You get a fixed price once I have seen the code.
